Customs & Duties

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package through the following link: SEUR - Shipment Tracking.

Lost or Damaged Items

• If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or there is an issue with the shipment, an email notification will be sent. The package will then be sent to a Pickup Point near the customer's address for collection (available for 10 days).
• If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately through our contact page so we can assist you. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
