Customs & Duties

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track your package through the following link: SEUR - Shipment Tracking.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery or there is an issue with the shipment, an email notification will be sent. The package will then be sent to a Pickup Point near the customer's address for collection (available for 10 days).
- If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact us immediately through our contact page so we can assist you. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Return Policy
1. Can I return the gummies?
Yes, as long as they meet one of the following conditions:
- The product has a defect or you receive a faulty item.*
- Without justification, as long as the bottle has not been opened.*

2. How many days do I have to return the product?
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
3. Can I return the gummies if I have opened the bottle seal?
No, due to the special nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, returns or withdrawals are not accepted if the packaging, wrapping, or seal has been opened—except in cases where the product is defective or faulty.
4. If you have received a defective product or changed your mind, follow these steps to process a return:
- Initial Contact: Send an email to hello@reset-this.com or use the contact page, providing a detailed explanation of the request (defect/fault – withdrawal).
- Verification: Our team will review the explanation and, if necessary, request additional information or images to confirm the defect or fault. If the return is due to withdrawal, we will verify that the packaging, wrapping, or seal has not been opened.
- Return Authorization and Processing:
- If the defect or fault is confirmed, RESET will cover the shipping costs and send the necessary return instructions via email (hello@reset-this.com).
- In case of withdrawal, the customer must arrange the return through seur.com and cover the shipping costs.
- Reception and Resolution: Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund or product exchange, as agreed.
5. How is the refund processed in case of a return?
RESET will refund the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 calendar days of receiving the return request. The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until proof of their return has been provided, whichever occurs first.
