GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase govern the use of the website www.resetvitamins.com (hereinafter referred to as "The Website"), owned by Reset Labs (hereinafter referred to as "RESET"). Reset Labs is a limited liability company with its registered office at Doctor Fourquet nº 3, Madrid, 28012, Spain, holding Tax Identification Number (NIF) B87346896, registered in the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Volume 33744, Folio 166, Entry 1, Page M-607.341, and with the email address: hello@reset-this.com.

The use of the online store services by the customer implies, in all cases, acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase in the version published at the time of placing the order. Therefore, it is advisable for the customer to read these General Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

1. SCOPE OF THE CONTRACT.

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase apply to the sale of all RESET products through its website within Europe.

RESET informs that its website is intended exclusively for users over 18 years of age. RESET reserves the right to cancel a customer's access account if fraudulent, speculative, or bad-faith activities are detected in the use of this service. RESET considers that the sales contract is only perfected through the mutual consent and acceptance of both parties. The customer must understand that the contract is finalized only when the purchase has been completed.

2. PURCHASE LIMIT.

For security reasons, purchases exceeding 1,000 euros or containing more than 100 items per order cannot be processed. Customers interested in making purchases that exceed these limits should contact the Customer Service Department, where they will be provided with the necessary information on how to proceed with their desired order.

3. PRICE.

The applicable prices are those displayed on the website on the date of the order. They are detailed for each item and include VAT (Value Added Tax) or any applicable tax.

Once the purchase order has been completed, and before proceeding with the payment, a final summary will be provided, identifying the purchased item(s) and the total price, including shipping costs and taxes.

All prices on this website are displayed in euros (€).

4. PAYMENT.

Payment must be completed at the end of the purchase process and is a mandatory requirement for the formalization of the order. Accepted payment methods include credit or debit cards (Visa®, Mastercard®, 4B or 4B Maestro debit cards, American Express), digital payment services (U-Pay, Wallets, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and any other payment method that RESET may approve at any given time. The payment method is selected during the checkout process on the corresponding screen.

We use secure payment systems from top-tier financial institutions to ensure maximum security. If you detect any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases, you must notify RESET via email as soon as possible so that the necessary actions can be taken. Payment providers or issuers may implement anti-fraud measures that could lead to the rejection of certain transactions, and RESET is not responsible for the enforcement of such security policies.

Once the purchase process is completed, RESET will send a confirmation email to the customer's provided email address within 24 hours of the order placement. This confirmation serves only as proof of purchase and does not constitute an invoice. RESET will issue an invoice in the name of the individual or company placing the order within 30 days of the purchase. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive an electronic invoice. However, you may request a paper invoice at any time by contacting hello@reset-this.com.

Please note that sales invoices cannot be modified afterwards, in compliance with current regulations.

5. DELIVERY.

The maximum delivery time is 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer, in accordance with the following conditions:

5.1 Home delivery: 

Standard shipping rates, based on destination and order size, can be found in the Shipping & Returns section.

The delivery address can be a residential address, workplace, or any other location specified by the customer. The billing address does not need to match the shipping address. Our shipping provider will send an email notifying the customer of the scheduled delivery date, with the option to reschedule if needed.

5.2 Delivery Issues:

In the event of absence or delivery issues, a second delivery attempt will be made. If the delivery remains unsuccessful, the shipment will be redirected to a nearby SEUR Pick-Up point, as indicated in an email sent to the recipient. The package will be available for pickup within 10 days.

6. RETURNS AND WITHDRAWAL.

There are different procedures for processing returns and withdrawal requests. Below, we outline the characteristics, costs, and conditions for each option.

a. Return: in case of defect or fault. 

b. Withdrawal: customer's decision.

Due to the special characteristics of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, returns and withdrawals will not be accepted if the packaging, wrapping, or seal protecting the product has been opened, except in cases where the product is defective or faulty.

6.1 RETURNS (in case of defect or fault).

Conditions: RESET will be responsible for any lack of conformity that arises within the period established by legal regulations.

Refund: RESET will refund the corresponding amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 calendar days from the date the return request is received. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase. However, RESET may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.

Procedure:

  1. Initial Contact:

The customer must send an email to hello@reset-this.com, providing a detailed explanation of the request (whether due to a defect/fault or withdrawal).

  1. Verification:

Our team will review the provided information and, if necessary, request additional details or images to confirm the existence of the defect or fault.

  1. Authorization and Return Management:

If the defect or fault is confirmed, the return will be authorized, and RESET will cover the transportation costs. The customer will receive all instructions and necessary materials to proceed with the return.

  1. Receipt and Resolution:

Once the returned product is received and verified, RESET will process the appropriate solution (either a refund or a replacement, as agreed).

6.2 WITHDRAWAL.

Conditions: You have the right to withdraw from the contract without the need for justification, provided that you notify RESET within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.

Refund: The same refund provisions as those outlined for returns will apply.

Procedure:

  1. Initial Contact:

The customer must send an email to hello@reset-this.com, stating their intention to withdraw from the contract.

The customer must arrange the return shipment via seur.com and bear the transportation costs.

  1. Receipt and Resolution:

Once the returned product is received and verified, RESET will proceed with the corresponding refund.

7.  PRODUCT AVAILABILITY.

If any supply issues arise or a product is out of stock, we will inform you immediately and proceed with the refund for the unavailable product(s). The refund will be processed without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 calendar days. The refund will be made in accordance with the provisions outlined in Clause 6. 

8. WARRANTY FOR PURCHASED PRODUCTS.

The warranty provided complies with the terms established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

9. CUSTOMER SERVICE.

You can request them by contacting us via email. Our Customer Service Department will process your complaint, assigning it a unique identification code, and will respond as soon as possible, within a maximum period of one month. If your request is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may pursue the matter through ordinary legal channels or submit your complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr, which provides a free single access point for out-of-court dispute resolution.

10. MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE.

RESET reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. However, no modifications will affect orders that are already in progress.

11. FORCE MAJEURE. 

RESET’s performance of all or part of its obligations shall be suspended in the event of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances that prevent or delay fulfillment. Events qualifying as force majeure shall include, but are not limited to: war, riots, insurrection, civil unrest, strikes of any kind, and supply chain disruptions not attributable to RESET.

RESET shall notify the customer of any such force majeure event within seven (7) days of its occurrence. If the suspension of obligations extends beyond fifteen (15) days, the customer shall have the right to terminate the ongoing order, in which case RESET shall proceed with the refund under the conditions set forth in Clause 6 of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION.

These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Spanish law. Notwithstanding the foregoing, consumers who are not residents of Spain shall also be entitled to the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of habitual residence. The parties expressly submit, at their choice and with waiver of any other jurisdiction, to the courts and tribunals of the customer’s place of residence for the resolution of any disputes.
